Events

Events will be published with a clear purpose and participation outcome.

Ubuntu Gale has no confirmed public events at present. Future events may include listening sessions, programme briefings, learning clinics, demonstrations and partner roundtables.

No event registration is currently open

Dates, venues, speakers or partners will not be listed until confirmed. Registration will explain data use, accessibility and attendance conditions.

01Listening sessions

Validate needs before programme design is fixed

A listening session will state whose input is needed, what decision it can influence, how information is recorded and how participants will hear what changed.

02Learning clinics

Short applied sessions connected to a practical task

A clinic will publish prerequisites, intended outcome, device or connectivity needs, accessibility, facilitator and what participants should be able to do afterwards.

03Registration data

Collect only what is necessary to run the event

Name, contact, accessibility requirements, organisation where relevant and consent preferences. Sensitive demographic information will require a defined purpose and protection.

04Event evidence

Attendance is not automatically impact

Events may record participation, completion, feedback and demonstrated learning. These measures will not be presented as longer-term outcomes without follow-up evidence.
