Contact routing

Use the route that gives your enquiry enough context.

Ubuntu Gale has not published a general email address or office location in the build specification. The routes below prevent us from inventing contact details and help future enquiries reach the right workflow.

01Support request

For a business, NGO or community technology need

Use the support application. It captures the affected people, current challenge, support type, urgency, readiness and expected outcome required for fair assessment.

02Funding enquiry

For programme or organisational funding

Review current proposed funding opportunities first. A future funding enquiry will request the funder organisation, interests, geography, instrument, indicative amount or contribution and due-diligence requirements.

03Partnership enquiry

For products, credits, skills or implementation support

Review the partnership application fields, including contribution value, duration, restrictions, renewal cost, data access and commercial conditions.

04Complaints and protected reports

Do not use a general contact route for sensitive concerns

Complaints, safeguarding concerns and whistleblowing require restricted handling, acknowledgement, conflict checks and escalation. Dedicated channels will be published before operational launch.

05Media and research

Requests need purpose and intended use

Future media or research enquiries should state organisation, subject, deadline, publication context, recording requirements and how community or participant information would be used.
